  • Do I need a professional contractor?

    Thank you for choosing Astro-Durance Bungee Systems for your choice of exercise product. To ensure safety and a good experience with our systems we ask all of our users to have their ceiling anchor mounts installed by a professional contractor or other licensed professional installer and tested by the same for user safety. An average installation should take an experienced contractor less than a day, depending on the number of units you will be installing.

  • What is your warranty or return policy?

    Astro-Durance products carry a 1-year replacement warranty, excluding the actual bungees themselves, which are heavy wear, consumable product.


    Our bungees can often experience extreme use, or abuse, beyond our reasonable ability to control or verify how studios, trainees, or end-users use them. Astro-Durance bungees are made of top-of-the-line, high-quality materials, however, as with all bungee products, they will eventually need to be replaced over time due to overstretching from repetitive use, and overstretching from snapback G-forces when doing advanced, aggressive moves.


    We are not responsible for any damage or defect that occurs by misuse, or negligible actions of the product, deliberate cuts, tears, improper storage, not following washing instructions, or taking the product apart (other than the manner specified in our instructions), or altering it in any way, resulting in rendering the product damaged, or unable to use safely.


    We are not responsible for damage due to improper installation or the studio or end-user taking the product apart and failing to put it back together properly.


    All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment for any defect or flaw. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns at our discretion. Items can be returned for replacement only if upon receiving your order it is damaged due to shipping. Returns must have an RMA number within 5 days of delivery at your location. If you need an RMA number contact us: 1+ (239) 737-7325. Products damaged during shipping must be handled by the shipping company.

  • How soon do you ship?

    Stock Items will be shipped by UPS within 3 to 5 days after payment is verified. Back-ordered or out-of-stock items will take longer, but we strive to maintain high stock. As of 10/1/24 we are running 10-14 days for shipping due to increased sales. 

  • Once shipped, how long does it take for me to get my order?

    Answer: Shipping times from UPS vary depending on your location, but the average package arrival is 4 to 10 business days for most continental United States destinations. Please note that shipping times may be affected by many factors such as holidays, weather conditions, and many other factors. Although delayed shipments are rare, they do happen from time to time.

  • What if my ordered item is not in stock?

    If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email with an estimated shipping date.

  • How does the product come?

    Astro-Durance Bungee systems can be purchased in Complete Bungee Packages or items can be purchased individually. Each Complete Bungee System is based on certain weight resistance and will include the Astro-Durance Bungee Cords, Astro Luxury Harness, Astro Sleeve, Carabiners, Swivel, and Astro Chain.
